2010 Schedule

The Start
Stellar Days & Nights starts THURSDAY evening, February 18th, with couple dancing, contra dancing, and late night blues & swing. The couple dancing starts at 6:30pm with contra dancing starting at 7:30pm(despite promotional materials that indicate otherwise).

If you want, you can choose to join us for Halina Palmer's Special Thursday Night Dinner - she donates her time and the proceeds support Stellar! Thursday is also a great time to check out Cottonwood Hot Springs because the cost is only $10 (versus $15 starting on Friday).

Important: If you are coming to Stellar for the first time, please plan to arrive before dark.

During the Weekend
You may want to start each day with waltzing before breakfast. A variety of workshops are offered throughout each day - dancing, music, singing, calling. The evening dances are three hours with dessert in the middle. Lucious Late Night Blues and Swing wrap up each evening. If you're not dancing and making music, you may want to go skiing, hang out at the hot springs, or read a book by the fire.

The Silent Auction
We are holding a Silent Auction this year to support Stellar's longevity and scholarship fund. Please bring items you would like to contribute to the Silent Auction along with an estimated retail value. The Silent Auction will be Saturday night during the early evening dance.

The Finish
The event concludes Sunday, February 21st, with a farewell dance and then lunch.
